The UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has announced a significant milestone for its Labour Claims and Advisory Centre, which managed over 3.4 million calls in the first half of 2026. During the period from January to June, the centre received more than 1.119 million inbound calls and initiated over 2.3 million outbound calls.
