Abu Dhabi witnessed a significant milestone in national security and resilience as H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, officially inaugurated the 9th edition of the International Exhibition for National Security and Resilience (ISNR) 2026. Global Leaders Gather to Address Security Challenges

The ISNR 2026, held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) until May 21, 2026, serves as a pivotal platform for leaders, experts, and decision-makers from around the globe. Attendees are set to engage in discussions focused on the evolving landscape of security, readiness, and sustainability. This year’s event is complemented by the inaugural Abu Dhabi Global Sustainable Security Summit 2026, organized by the Ministry of Interior and Rabdan Academy in partnership with ADNEC Group.

Exploring the Theme: Securing Tomorrow Today

Under the theme “Securing Tomorrow Today,” the exhibition aims to facilitate knowledge exchange and cooperation among various stakeholders, including government entities, law enforcement agencies, and specialists dedicated to advancing national security capabilities. The event is organized by ADNEC Group in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior and Abu Dhabi Police GHQ. This strategic partnership highlights the UAE’s proactive approach to security.

Showcasing Advanced Technologies

Following the inauguration, Sheikh Saif bin Zayed toured the exhibition, where he explored advanced technologies designed to enhance security monitoring for critical infrastructures, cybersecurity measures, and law enforcement solutions. Innovations on display are crucial for bolstering civil defense and emergency response services across the region.

Highlighting Key Innovations

During his tour, Sheikh Saif bin Zayed visited the National Guard stand, where he learned about the Al-Toud heavy search and rescue vehicle. This versatile vehicle is equipped to conduct operations in confined spaces, reinforce damaged structures, and execute rescue missions in swift-water conditions. Such advancements exemplify the UAE’s commitment to enhancing emergency response capabilities.

Additionally, Sheikh Saif reviewed systems presented by the Supreme Council for National Security, including the Abu Dhabi Monitoring and Control Centre and the Falcon Eye system. This system integrates a network of cameras at traffic signals and key facilities to create a unified visual monitoring framework that supports central operations rooms across the region.

Industry Leaders Present Cutting-Edge Solutions

Sheikh Saif also explored the offerings of INKAS, a leader in the armored vehicle sector, which showcased a range of mobility solutions tailored to address contemporary security threats. Furthermore, innovations from Eye on Technology highlighted integrated security systems that promote a smarter, safer environment.

At the Presight exhibition stand, Sheikh Saif was introduced to artificial intelligence solutions, including the Agentic AI assistant and smart systems designed to enhance police efficiency and support anti-narcotics operations. Notably, a drone from Streit Group drew attention for its potential applications in modern security operations.

Strategic Discussions at the Summit

Major General Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Chairman of the Higher Organising Committee for ISNR 2026, emphasized the significance of the exhibition as a strategic platform for collaboration among security leaders and innovators.
