Indian Passport Visa Services Outsourced UAE Al Hind Tours

Transition of Consular Services in UAE

The Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi has announced a significant change in the provision of consular services in the United Arab Emirates. As of July 22, 2026, Al Hind Tours & Travels has been appointed as the new operator for Indian passport, visa, and attestation services across the UAE. This transition will centralize these functions through 16 designated Indian consular application centres, effectively removing these services from the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of India in Dubai.

Booking and Appointment System

Applicants seeking to utilize these services must now secure appointments through the official website, consularsevainuae.com. The system is designed to facilitate the booking process by releasing available slots at 9 AM and 9 PM each day. To ensure a smooth experience, applicants are advised to carefully fill out their information and select the appropriate service category. It is important to note that entry to the Indian Consular Application Centers (ICACs) is strictly regulated, with access granted only 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment.

Operational Hours and Service Charges

The operational hours for all ICACs have been set from 8 AM to 6 PM, allowing ample time for processing the anticipated high volume of applications. In addition to the revised Government of India fees applicable from July 1, 2026, a service charge of AED 19, inclusive of VAT, will be levied by the service provider, Al Hind Tours & Travels LLC. This fee encompasses a range of supplementary services, such as form assistance, document typing, and domestic courier services, ensuring a comprehensive package for applicants.

Walk-In Services for Specific Applications

Certain categories of applications, including Tatkal Passports, services for newborns, Emergency Certificates (EC), and senior citizens (aged 60 and above), are available on a walk-in basis at all ICACs. These services operate on a first-come, first-served principle, providing flexibility for applicants who require urgent processing.
